Released in conventional 2D and IMAX formats, The Conclusion was the first Telugu film to also release in 4K High Definition format. The Conclusion was released on 28 April 2017 and later dubbed into Hindi, Malayalam, Japanese, Russian and Chinese. The soundtrack and the background music were composed by M. Kamalakannan, with assistance from Adel Adili and Pete Draper. The production design was done by Sabu Cyril, while the action sequences were choreographed by Peter Hein. Senthil Kumar, and was edited by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Made on an estimated budget of ₹2.5 billion, the production was launched on 17 December 2015 at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Years later, Amarendra's son returns to avenge his death.

The film is set in medieval India and follows the sibling rivalry between Amarendra Baahubali and Bhallaladeva the latter conspires against the former and has him killed by Kattappa. The second cinematic part in the Baahubali franchise, it is the follow-up to Baahubali: The Beginning, serving as both a sequel and a prequel.

Simultaneously made in the Telugu and Tamil languages, the film features an ensemble cast including Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishna, Sathyaraj, Nassar, and Subbaraju. It was produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under the banner Arka Media Works. I couldn't remember a single scene which I felt bored. An excellent movie, every frame is a mega scale. The results are out now, history books are being rewritten. I was eagerly waiting for this movie and within no time I booked the tickets and went with my family. So obviously there are high expectations. Same is true from S.S Rajamouly, after his last non-conventional movie Eega. Hero Prabhas had completely dedicated his time to this movie and no movie after his super successful movie Mirchi. It took almost four years to complete the first part. If a person is bit of into movies, I am sure that person heard about Baahubali couple of years back.
